Terms and Conditions
**Terms and Conditions for Andy’s Dog Training Cheshire** Welcome to Andy’s Dog Training Cheshire. By booking and attending a training session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Filming and Photography**:
- Filming and photography during sessions are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is obtained directly from Andy, regardless of any previous permissions. Please seek permission before your session if you wish to capture any media.
2. **Dog Safety and Responsibility**:
- You are fully responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your dog throughout the training session.
- Any damage caused to people or property by your dog is your sole responsibility. Please ensure your pet is controlled and supervised at all times.
3. **Equipment Maintenance**:
- It is your obligation to maintain all of your own equipment during the session. Please ensure all equipment is safe and suitable for use to prevent accidents or injuries.
4. **Medical Suitability**:
- Assessing the medical suitability of the sessions for your dog and yourself is your responsibility. If you have any concerns, please discuss them directly with Andy beforehand. Ensure you and your dog are in good health, and please inform Andy of any medical conditions that may affect training.
5. **Deposits**:
- For private sessions, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required within 24 hours of your appointment being confirmed, this will be deducted from the session fee charged on the day. Failure to make the deposit within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
-All deposits made at the time of booking are non refundable
6.**Cancellations**
-If you need to cancel a session, please contact Andy as soon as possible.
-If you cancel your session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time your deposit will be lost.
-If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your scheduled session, 50% of the session fee (minus any deposit paid) will become payable immediately.
-If you cancel your session AFTER the scheduled start time or do not show up for the session the full session fee becomes payable immediately.
-No further sessions can be booked until the fee is paid.
-Andy reserves the right to request full payment up front for any sessions in the event of persistent cancellation/rescheduling.
-Payments can be made in cash or you can contact Andy to arrange a bank transfer.
7.**Rescheduling**
- If you need to reschedule a session, please contact Andy as soon as possible.
- For rescheduling a session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, your deposit may be transferred to a new session at the discretion of Andy.
- For rescheduling a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the session fee (minus any deposit paid) becomes payable, and must be paid as soon as possible. No further sessions can be booked until the fee is paid. This fee helps to cover the time and resources allocated to your original booking.
7. **Late Arrival**:
-Please ensure you arrive on time for your session. Arriving late might result in a shortened session to accomodate for other clients
-Please contact us if you are running late.
-Do not attend after the scheduled end time of your session
8.**IGP Group Sessions**:
- You must have attended an assessment prior to joining an IGP group session.
- Be respectful of others' training.
- Keep your dog in your vehicle while others train unless asked otherwise.
- Spectators must have permission before attending.
- Check the group WhatsApp before attending for any changes to the session, including time or location.
- Respect the privacy of others: do not post footage where conversations can be overheard.
- Seek permission before posting content with visible handlers or dogs. The prior specified rules for recording still apply.
-Please be aware the displayed duration of service is an estimate which is subject to variation based on group size ands the individual dogs participating
9.**Weather Conditions Policy**
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as a Met Office red weather warning, or if Andy determines the conditions to be unsuitable for safe training, sessions will be rescheduled.
- The final decision regarding the suitability of weather conditions for training will rest solely with Andy.
- Refunds or rescheduling will not be provided for cancellations due to non-hazardous weather, such as rain or mild cold temperatures.
- Owner preferences or discomfort related to normal weather inconveniences like cold or wetness will not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.
-Any refunds or changes to scheduled sessions owing to weather conditions will be made entirely at Andy’s discretion, with a focus on ensuring the safety and effectiveness of each training session.
